All Cute Beltz merchandise purchased online must be returned directly to www.cutebeltz.com, and not to any retail stores. We are unable to accept any returns for items bought in a retail store or on another website.

How do I return/exchange an item?
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will reply with instructions on how to ship the return. Please do not ship items until you have received shipping instructions. Thank you
How should I ship my return?
You may ship your return as soon as you have received your Return Authorization Number. For your protection, please send all returns via a traceable carrier and in a well-padded box or envelope. We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
How do I place a new order in an exchange?
Place a new order in your account. You will be given a credit for the returned item(s) less shipping & a 10% re-stocking fee.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please also note all items are shipped via the United States Postal Office with delivery confirmation. If you would like to include other services, i.e. signature confirmation, insurance, etc. please notify us to include.
